Honoria DaSilva-Kilgore
Attorney DaSilva-Kilgore received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 1993 after graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. degree from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. From 1991 to 1993, Attorney DaSilva-Kilgore clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Syracuse, New York. In 1993, she began her legal career specializing in bankruptcy law in her hometown with a firm in Taunton, Massachusetts, where she was an associate until opening her own bankruptcy practice in 1999. While running her own practice she also served as Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Taunton from 2000 to 2002. In 2006 the firm moved to its present location in neighboring Raynham, Massachusetts. While her offices have always been located in Bristol County, Attorney DaSilva-Kilgore provides bankruptcy services throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Her practice concentrates in representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy matters, collections, estate planning and real estate matters. Attorney DaSilva-Kilgore is also a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker. She is fluent is Portuguese and was a founding member of the Portuguese American Bar Association. She has been a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Commercial Law League of America, is a current member of the Bristol County Bar Association and Business Networking International (BNI) in North Easton, Massachusetts.

Attorney Lough received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts in 1999 after graduating Magna Cum Laude with a A.B. degree from Providence College. Attorney Lough began his legal career in Taunton, Massachusetts in 2002. Attorney Lough now has a multi-jurisdictional litigation practice focusing on residential and commercial real estate conveyancing, municipal law, business law, collections, succession planning and representation of debtors and creditors in bankruptcy matters in Rhode Island. Attorney Lough is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of Rhode Island and the State of Connecticut.
